Fish Cakes (Cooking 14 on a stove: 1 
Flour, 1 Raw Herring and 1 
Raw Sardine each).
The raw fish you hand in are taken, so catch extra: in total you need 5 Raw Mackerel and 4 Raw Herring, plus 2 Raw Sardines and 2 Flour for the cakes. Everything is checked in your backpack.
