- Goblin Infiltrators are combat level 20 and hit up to 10. Bring food and your best gear.
- Getting there: Havenreach lies south of Southfield Farms; take the path at (55–56, 59) on Southfield's south edge.

Talk to Guard Captain Roderic around (17, 41) in Havenreach and choose Talk about Tide and Shadow.
Talk to Harbormaster Tovin. In the morning and during the day he is on the harbour around (63, 51); in the evening and at night he is inside the Havenreach Fisher House (door at (66, 47)).
Kill 4 Goblin Infiltrators. There are two of them in Havenreach, around (62, 47) and (22, 48), and they respawn after roughly 45–65 seconds. A kill only counts if you dealt damage to that goblin yourself. Kills made before you have spoken to Tovin do not count.
Talk to Roderic. He pays you and closes the report.
