1× Prismatic Geode (consumed) No other source in the game data.
3× Raw Anglerfish (consumed) Buy from Harbormaster Tovin for 95 coins; Fish it (Fishing 65).
3× Raw Moon Eel (consumed) Buy from Harbormaster Tovin for 55 coins; Fish it (Fishing 50).

Bring 3 Raw Anglerfish, 3 Raw Moon Eels and 1 unopened Prismatic Geode in your backpack.

Anglerfish require Fishing 65 and Moon Eels Fishing 50 in suitable sea water. Both fish can also be bought from Tovin when stocked: bought fish count, and the quest has no personal catch counter. Prismatic Geodes are rare Mining finds from Aetherite, Astrite, Moonvein and Voidite rocks. Keep the geode whole.

  1. Choose Lights of the Deep and agree to help. The quest becomes available after completing her royal violet commission and meeting the Fishing requirement.

  2. Find Harbormaster Tovin in Havenreach or his tackle shop, depending on his daily schedule. Choose Lights of the Deep, hear his advice and select I'll take your advice back to Iris. His normal dialogue, shop and existing quest topics remain available.

  3. Return to Iris with the two kinds of raw fish and the unopened geode. Choose Hand over the ingredients. Iris takes all the materials together and makes the luminous colour. If the reward cannot fit, nothing is consumed and you can try again after making space.

Notes

  • Redeem the account-bound token in your backpack to unlock Abyssal Glow permanently, then choose it in Settings > Themes.
  • Iris never sells Abyssal Glow tokens. This commission can be rewarded only once.
