Honey Jar (consumed) Buy from Edd the shopkeep for 30 coins (+1 more shops); Make it: Alchemy (Alchemy 1).
Mint Bundle (consumed) Buy from Edd the shopkeep for 18 coins (+1 more shops); Gather: Mint bush (Gathering 6).
Sapphire Gem (consumed) Buy from Mirelle for 420 coins; Drop: Aurik the Rimebound (1/2) and 5 more.
Water Vial (consumed) Buy from Patricia for 14 coins (+1 more shops); Make it: Alchemy (Alchemy 1).Mirelle takes all of these at the end:

Gold Amulet: smith it from 2 Gold Bars (Smithing 26), or buy one from Mirelle herself. - 1

Enter Southfield Farms through the Overworld's south gate at (55–56, 59). Mirelle stands outside her shop near the door at (36, 23) in the morning and during the day, and inside Mirelle's Jewelry in the evening and at night. You can talk to her in either place. Choose Talk about Mirelle's Prism.
Talk to Anna in the south-west of the Overworld.
Talk to Patricia (door at (13, 51)).
Talk to Ed in the Smith Room off the Cave.
With everything from the list in your backpack, talk to Mirelle. She checks the set.
Talk to Mirelle again. She takes the materials and gives you the pendant.
Notes
- The old wiki said Mirelle only discusses the quest inside her shop at night. In v0.4.3 she can be spoken to outside during the day as well.
