A follow-up to The Vein Beneath the Mountain: five conversations and one material hand-in. The reward is a Miner's Necklace, 700 Mining XP, 250 Smithing XP and 900 coins. Requirements: The Vein Beneath the Mountain and Mining 20.

5× Mithril Ore (consumed) Buy from Greg for 140 coins; Gather: Mithril Rock (Mining 1); Drop: Dark Dwarf (49/2000) and 1 more.

  1. Talk to Greg around (7, 18) in the Cave and choose Talk about The Singing Vein.

  2. Talk to Eric the miner near the Cave entrance.

  3. Talk to Thomas in his smith house (door at (34, 9) in the Overworld).

  4. Talk to Ed in the Smith Room.

  5. Talk to Anna (outside around (7, 52) by morning and day, otherwise in her house).

  6. With the whole list in your backpack, talk to Greg. He confirms you have everything.

  7. Talk to Greg again. He takes the materials and gives you the Miner's Necklace.
